Charlotte Broadbent

My role at the BCJC is to help make all the behind-the-scenes magic easier so my team can focus on people instead of paperwork. I enjoy designing the tools and shaping the systems that help mission-driven work scale without losing sight of its human core. I also answer the phone.

Outside of work, you can find me in a river somewhere when the weather is nice or hiding from the cold with a book and my bug terrarium at home.
